Bug fix
A match-3 where every move costs you a breath. Think before you swap.
Every move costs you a breath. Apnea is an underwater puzzle where the scarce resource isn't time: it's moves. Every swap costs a breath. A match of three doesn't give it back. Four or more does. Everything else grows from that one rule: making a move isn't enough, it has to be a big one. And every time you settle, the seabed gets closer. Break the crusts before you run out of air. You can't touch them: they crack when a match lands right next to them. Chains give you breath back, but each link is worth half the one before — progress stays your choice. 110 LEVELS IN 10 WORLDS Every world teaches a new rule and ends with a guardian. • The seabed — crusts give way to repeated blows • Regrowth — if you're slow, the crust spreads • The seal — one column at a time stays untouchable • The dead colour — one colour doesn't let you breathe and doesn't break • The air — bubbles give breath back • The bottom — one more colour, and no new rule • Corrosion — what you leave alone hardens • The tether — two tiles held by a thread move together • Up top — don't clean the seabed: bring the bubble up • The current — every so often it moves the whole board FOUR CHALLENGES • Endless challenge — every level gives you a full breath and raises the bar • One breath — your breath doesn't reset: what's left is what you play the next level with • Today's contract — one puzzle a day, the same for everyone, with a condition • The sentinels — guardians one after another, and they don't stop coming MADE FOR PLAYING WHEREVER YOU ARE • Works offline, always • No ads, no purchases, no account • Collects no data at all: your progress stays on your phone • Stop halfway — a train stop, a phone call — and pick up exactly where you left off • A soundtrack for every world, generated as you play, that tightens when your breath runs low and doesn't interrupt your podcast ACCESSIBLE • Holds up with your phone's text enlarged, all the way to the maximum • A setting for people who have trouble telling colours apart: the shapes inside the tiles become solid and clearly outlined • Animations can be reduced • In English and Italian When you lose, the game tells you why. When you win, the stars reward playing well, not just reaching the end.
