Bug-fix
One family, one villa, every New Year's Eve. A gothic point-and-click mystery.
December 31, 1923. Guido Vermigli arrives at the family villa in the Tuscan hills for New Year's Eve dinner with his Uncle Osvaldo. The generator blows, the front door behind him won't open anymore, and the grandfather clock in the entrance hall has been stopped at 4:37 ever since Aunt Adele died. Villa Vermigli is a gothic point-and-click mystery played in the dark, with a flashlight in your hand. Explore the rooms, collect and combine items, solve puzzles, read the letters someone tried to tear apart, and find out what the house really wants. And 1923 is not the only night the villa remembers. • Flashlight exploration: drag your finger to light up the scene, tap to examine • Puzzles, combinations, codes and mechanisms • Letters, diaries and documents to read full-page and find again in the “Documents” collection • A map of the villa that is inked in as you explore, with quick travel between rooms you have visited • Three-step hints if you get stuck: a nudge, where to look, then the answer • Automatic notebook, Story mode, adjustable brightness and “Reduced effects” • Chapters that open one after another, with memories carried from one night to the next • Original music and sound • In Italian and English • No ads and no connection needed: play offline, your game saves automatically Note: the game has sudden darkness, flickering lights and screen shaking. “Reduced effects” in Options › Accessibility removes them.
