New in 1.7.0: - Dessert is here: follow Bay Area bakeries, cake, ice cream and dessert shops, and get alerts for their deals. - A shop can sit in more than one category: a bakery café now shows up under both Coffee and Dessert. - The category switch has its own row, so page titles are no longer cut off. - New name: Deal Alarm: Boba & Sweets.
Boba, coffee & dessert deals in the Bay Area. Follow shops, never miss a BOGO.
Never miss a boba, coffee or dessert deal again. Deal Alarm follows the boba shops, coffee bars and dessert spots you actually visit and alerts you the moment a new offer goes live — buy-one-get-one, flash sales, new items, member days and more. No more finding out on Monday that the deal ended Sunday. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick your shops. Follow the boba, coffee and dessert places you go to, area by area. 2. Choose what you care about. Turn on only the deal types you want, per shop. BOGO only? Just flash sales? Your call. 3. Tap the alert. The notification opens the deal itself — what it is, when it runs, which shop. No digging. SIX DEAL TYPES • Buy one get one • New drinks • Discounts • Free gifts and merch • Flash sales • Member days BOBA, COFFEE OR DESSERT, YOUR CALL Switch between All, Boba, Coffee and Dessert any time. The deal feed, the store list and the map all filter to match. Some shops sit in two categories at once — a bakery café shows up under both coffee and dessert, and a Taiwanese dessert shop under both boba and dessert. BUILT FOR THE BAY AREA Deals are organized by area — San Francisco, Peninsula, South Bay, East Bay — so you see what you can actually walk into. Filter by "nearby" or pick an area by hand. For the big chains — coffee and dessert alike — the brand page also shows the five nearest locations with distance and a one-tap way to get directions (location data from OpenStreetMap, with attribution shown in the app). QUIET BY DESIGN Alerts are scheduled on your own phone, not blasted out by a marketing server. Follow three shops and you get three shops' worth of alerts, nothing else. Unfollow any time, or mute a deal type you don't care about. PRIVACY FIRST • No account, no sign-up, no email. • Your follows and alert history never leave your device — we cannot see which shops you picked — and they are gone when you uninstall. • No ads and no ad targeting. The only data leaving your phone is anonymous install-source and usage statistics. • Location is optional and used on-device only to work out which area you're in — it never leaves your phone, and is never uploaded or stored. Full policy: https://deal-alarm-mspai.web.app/privacy THREE LANGUAGES English, Español and 中文 — switch any time under "Me". GOOD TO KNOW Deal Alarm is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any shop or brand it covers. Deal information is compiled from publicly posted social media content, so it may be out of date or differ from what a shop actually offers — always treat the shop's own announcement as the final word. For some deals the year is inferred from the original post's date. Missing your favorite shop, or spotted a deal we got wrong? Email us from the developer contact on this page.
