StockFlow is a simple stock request app for retail businesses with more than one store. Your team raises what each store needs, you approve it, and everyone can see where every request stands – without chasing anyone on the phone or scrolling through WhatsApp groups. HOW IT WORKS 1. A team member raises a stock requirement for their store: product, size, colour, style, quantity and an optional price range, with photos. 2. The Admin reviews it and approves or declines it with a reason. 3. Once the stock is sent, the Admin marks it completed. 4. The store confirms it was received, and the request is closed. Every step is recorded, so you always know what was asked for, who approved it and when it arrived.
