Fair Hand is a calm block puzzle on an 8x8 grid. Drag pieces onto the board, fill a whole row or column to clear it, and keep playing until nothing fits. Pieces cannot be turned, and there is no timer.
Classic
- Three pieces at a time. Drag a piece to the board, or tap a piece and then a square.
- Every square you place scores points. A move that clears several lines at once scores more, and a combo grows while you keep clearing lines. The Rules page in the app shows how the score is worked out.
- Emptying the whole board scores extra points.
- The game ends when none of the pieces left in your tray fits anywhere on the board. Your game in progress is saved, and your highest score is kept.
Daily puzzle
- One puzzle a day: a start board with a few squares already filled, then ten sets of three pieces. Place all ten sets to finish it.
- The start board and the pieces are the same for everyone on the same date.
- Share your result as text. There is no account and no leaderboard.
Fair deal
- In Classic, every set of three pieces can be placed on the board it is dealt on, in some order. The game checks this before you see the set. In the Daily, the ten sets are fixed for the day and checked to fit along one line of play from the start board.
- Pieces come from a shuffled bag that holds every shape, so long streaks of one shape cannot happen.
- If a set cannot be placed, the game draws again. If none of its draws works, you get three single squares, which always fit.
- It is the same generator for everyone. It never looks at ads, purchases, your score history, your country or your device.
- You still decide where each piece goes, and the game still ends when nothing fits. The Fair deal page in the app explains it in full.
Ads and Remove ads
- Fair Hand shows ads: a banner on menu and score screens (never during play), a full-screen ad after some games, and optional reward videos that you choose to watch.
- In Classic, a reward video can let you continue after the game ends, or give you a fresh set of pieces, once per game each. It changes only the pieces in your tray. Reward videos never change your score.
- Remove ads is one optional purchase, paid once. It stops full-screen and banner ads, and the optional reward videos stay. No subscription. The game, the deal and the score are the same with or without it.
Your data
Your games, scores and Daily results are stored on your phone. There is no account, and PierDo runs no server for the game. Classic and Daily can be played without a connection. Ads come from Google AdMob. Where the law asks, you are offered a consent choice, and the privacy choices stay in Settings, where you can also delete everything Fair Hand stored on your phone. The privacy policy lists the outside services the app uses: Google AdMob, Google Firebase, and Google Play and RevenueCat for the purchase. A row in Settings opens the PierDo site in your browser.
