Physics gem merge game: drag to drop. Two matching gems become one. Offline!
The drop starts at the rim. Slide sideways, lift, and that is the only place the gem will leave your hand. Contact between two of the same kind is enough: they become the next kind at once. You do not tap a cell, and you do not wait for a third stone. The stones themselves carry no digits; shape and size are the whole legend. What sits at the top is the one about to fall. Nothing behind it is shown, so a physics merge round is read one drop at a time. Aim is the whole input; the rest is the pile answering back. Landing is not the end of the motion. A gem rolls, leans, and pushes the ones already seated, so a line you thought was safe can open a gap you did not plan. Later merges come out larger and sit heavier; they press the lower layer aside or lift a small stone toward the rim. The run fails on height: rest against the overflow line for too long and the jar is done. There is no grid to keep a lane empty. What you manage is leftover room inside the jar, and the pile's contour after each shove is the only map you get. A drop-and-merge turn is therefore a bet on where the stack will finish, not on which cell you painted. A merge can immediately touch a neighbour and the heap sinks a step; that is physics continuing, not a multiplier. Keeping one side low while you hunt a pair on the other becomes the late-run read. When every gap between small stones is packed, you cannot pick which gem to sacrifice. Clear answers that jam: it takes a random share of what already sits below, ignoring kind and place, and it will carry off stones you still wanted. Shuffle is for a different stuck point — a pair of the same kind that sits a breath apart and will not quite meet. Positions swap; grades stay; the physics starts again. Expand drops the floor so the jar grows deeper, not wider, when the overflow line is already close. If too few gems are on the field, Clear and Shuffle do not fire. None of this belongs on the opening drops. Close the app in the middle of a drop and the same pile is waiting, each stone still in its seat. Gem Core: Infinity Merge keeps that layout without an account and without a login. The puzzle runs offline; no connection is required, and nothing has to be unlocked first. Your best score stays beside the current one, so a record is visible as it happens.
