Can't do one pull-up? A home workout ladder from dead hang to your first rep.
Can't do a single pull-up yet? Good. That is rung one, not a reason to quit.
RepLadder is a home workout tracker for calisthenics that starts below your first rep. It is not a video playlist — it is the math a coach would do for you, shown on screen.
YOUR HOME WORKOUT, ONE RUNG AT A TIME
Three movements you can log today: pull-ups, dips and squats, at bodyweight or with added load. Enter reps and how hard the set felt (RPE), and RepLadder estimates your strength (Epley and Brzycki, adjusted for effort), then prescribes the next home workout for you: target added weight, sets and reps, target RPE — or a deload week when your own numbers say you are cooked.
START BELOW ZERO
Added weight goes negative, so band-assisted reps count as real training: a home workout you cannot do yet still gets logged and still progresses. Dead hangs and slow negatives sit on the same ladder. There is a "log failed set" button too, because a miss is data, not shame.
THE LADDER
Dead hang, negatives, band-assisted, full pull-up, weighted, archer, one-arm — and the same idea for pushing and legs. A one-minute level check on first launch puts you on the ladder immediately, every rung carries a short how-to plus the three mistakes most people make, and your home workout is built from the rung you are on, never from an average beginner.
THREE READY PROGRAMS
Full body, pull day and push day, with a follow mode that pre-fills the logger set by set. RepLadder picks the session of the day, so a home workout never starts with a decision, and target reps adapt to the rung you actually stand on.
IT KEEPS YOU COMING BACK
Rest timer with haptics and a notification. Weekly streak. A home-screen widget showing your streak and what is next. Reminders on your training days, at your time. Short recovery notes on rest days about sleep, protein and easy movement.
YOURS, OFFLINE
No account, no sign-up, no cloud, no ads. Everything lives on your phone, so a home workout at a park bar with no signal behaves exactly the same. Kilos or pounds, dark or light, 7 languages, PDF and CSV export, plus a full backup file you keep.
FREE AND PRO
Pull-ups are free: calculator, ladder, programs and timer, so a full home workout costs nothing. Pro unlocks dips and squats plus the 1RM chart, personal records and export.
