Pourwell works out how much resin and hardener to mix for your mould, so you don't run out halfway through a pour or throw away half a cup. Pick the mould shape, type its size, and the amounts appear as you type. A drawing of the shape numbers every measurement, so you always know which line is which. MOULD SHAPES • Box, round (coasters, cylinders), ring, dome and triangle • River table: subtract the wood, or say how much of the mould the resin fills • Custom volume, when you already know it • Millimetres, centimetres or inches; ml or US fl oz MIX IT RIGHT • Any ratio printed on your kit: 1:1, 2:1, 100:45 … • By volume or by weight. Part A and part B are shown in ml and in grams (fl oz and oz in imperial) • Resin density you can change (1.1 g/ml to start) • An extra for spills and what sticks to the cup, 10% unless you change it LAYERS Pouring in stages? Add up to 20 layers, each with its own depth, and see the amount for every layer. A dome is worked out layer by layer from its lowest point. PIGMENT AND COST • Pigment as a percentage of the mix, in grams and ml • Enter what your resin costs per kg, per litre or per US gallon to see the cost of the pour and of each piece. Handy when you price coasters for a craft fair. POUR LOG AND DEMOLD TIMER Save a pour with a name and notes: brand, colours, which mould. Open it again later to repeat it or change it. Start a demold timer (12, 24, 48 or 72 hours, or your own) and get one reminder when it is done. Notification permission is asked for only when you start a timer.
