Rota+ is the staff rota for a small business, kept on your phone: plan who works this week, send it to the team, tick each day who came in, and see what everyone has earned. FREE FOR SMALL TEAMS Start free with up to 3 people and every feature included. When your team grows, the Team plan covers up to 10 people and the Business plan any number, monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time in Google Play. If a plan ends, every record stays yours and usable; only adding more people needs room. PLAN THE WEEK IN MINUTES - Add shifts for several people across several days in one go - Shift types you name once, like Morning or Late, fill in the times for you - Night shifts that run past midnight, counted correctly - Copy last week, or save a normal week as a template and lay it onto any week - Open shifts with nobody on yet, to assign later - Days someone can't work, and a warning if you put them on anyway - Nobody can be booked on two shifts at the same time. A warning when someone is outside the days they usually work or can't work that day; warnings never stop you, you decide. A MONTH AT A TIME The rota also has a month view, showing how many people are on each day. SHARE IT WITH THE TEAM Send the week as a picture to WhatsApp or Messages, as a PDF for email or printing, or just one day's picture for who is on today. TICK WHO CAME IN Each shift is ticked Worked, Absent or Different hours. Tick several at once, or a whole day with All worked, and undo it if you tapped too soon. Someone not on the rota came in to help? Add them for the day. SEE WHAT TO PAY Hourly or day rates for each person, and your pay period: weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks or monthly. To pay adds up the days and hours from the ticks only, so nothing is paid on a guess, and names any shift still to tick. Mark each person paid, and share the pay sheet as a picture or PDF. Amounts are optional and switched off until you turn them on. OVERTIME Give someone their contracted hours a week and anything above it counts as overtime: on their tile and page as the week goes, and in To pay from the ticks. Pay hourly overtime at the normal rate, 1.25x, time and a half or double time; a day rate stays a day rate. REPORTS - A timesheet for each person: every shift, what was ticked, and the total, to send as a picture or PDF - Pay as a spreadsheet file for your accountant or payroll - Who was absent or worked different hours, with the dates - Staff cost over the last weeks or months, as simple bars YOUR TEAM AT A GLANCE Everyone's hours this week, who is on right now and who is doing overtime, sorted the way you want: your own team order, who is working, most or fewest hours, most overtime, still to tick, to pay, or by name. REMINDERS Optional reminders to tick today's shifts and to plan next week, at the times you choose. Both are off until you switch them on. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN A widget lists who is on today and their times, and says how many shifts are still to tick. Tap it to open the rota. YOURS, ON YOUR PHONE No account. No sign-in. No cloud. No ads. Your staff records stay on the phone and the app never uploads them. Back up automatically to a folder you choose, or save and restore a backup file by hand. An optional App lock asks for your fingerprint, face or phone PIN before the app opens. Rota+ works out gross pay for the time worked, in your own currency.
