Log blood pressure and pulse, see the trend, share a clean PDF with your doctor
Blood Pressure Log is a simple blood pressure tracker and blood pressure diary. Type the reading from your own cuff, see which guideline category it falls in, and share a clean PDF with your doctor. Your blood pressure log stays on your phone. Most people are asked to keep a home log for a week or two: two readings in the morning, two in the evening. This app makes that log quick to keep and easy to hand over. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Log a reading in seconds: systolic, diastolic and pulse in big, clear numbers, with the time, arm, position and a note • See the category right away, from both numbers: AHA 2017 or ESC 2018 bands, your choice, including a low band (90/40 is not labelled "normal") • Follow your blood pressure trend: a 7-day strip on the home screen, a 7, 30 or 90-day chart, and morning versus evening averages • BP log PDF export for your doctor: averages, range, readings by category, a chart and every reading in a table • Export a CSV file for a spreadsheet • Blood pressure reminder in the morning, at midday and in the evening, repeating every day and back after a restart • A blood pressure tracker for family: keep a separate log for a parent or partner (up to five people) • Pressure sugar diary: an optional blood sugar field (mg/dL or mmol/L, fasting or after a meal) next to each reading • Save a backup file and restore it on a new phone MADE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO USE IT • A blood pressure log for seniors too: large numerals and plain words, readable without reading glasses • Light and dark themes • Every category is written in words, never shown by colour alone • 19 languages YOUR READINGS STAY ON YOUR PHONE Readings, notes and names are stored on your device only. There is no account. The app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for anonymous usage and crash reports, and Google AdMob for ads; no reading, note or name is ever sent with them. HOW TO USE IT Measure with your own blood pressure monitor as your doctor showed you, then add the reading: two numbers and you are done. Use the PDF for your doctor at your next appointment, or export a CSV if you keep your own records. IMPORTANT This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. It does not measure blood pressure or blood sugar: it records the values you type from your own cuff or meter. Categories are shown for information, following the guideline you choose. Talk to a healthcare professional about your readings and before changing any treatment. If a reading is very high and you feel unwell, seek medical help.
