You run a kebab stall in Adana. You butcher the meat, marinate it and sell it yourself — from one street stall to a whole chain. FROM STALL TO CHAIN Stall, display case, kiosk, shop, dining hall, terrace… ten tiers in all. Every tier grows your income, and your levels and stalls move up with you — nothing is lost. BUILD YOUR OWN CHAIN Meat supply → marinade kitchen → kebab stall. At first you buy marinated meat ready-made and margins are thin. Open your own marinade kitchen, then your own butcher, and every skewer earns more. The slowest link shows right on the map: a packed cold room, an idle counter, a queue out front. TWO SIDE STALLS Bici bici shaved ice and Adana's famous banana milk: two extra tills with their own carts and shops. THE REAL ADANA Real streets and landmarks, from Taşköprü to the Seyhan riverside.
