online repair service is hopeless. I was told my PC was needing a new internet communication module.went to evergreen north van, my PC is fine. I bought a 30 ft ethernet cable and plugged it into my PC and then telus wifi/base..it's Fine. my optik TV is bad for5 months it will not play sound correctly for global TV, channel 104..either saving it on optik pvr, or watching live. I've had telus for 8 yrs in north vancouver. I'm done, im now researching rogers or bell as alternatives. prices too hi
