How to use Take or import a readable image, select the recognition options, inspect and edit the text, use translation or read-aloud if needed, then copy or export the result. Important information Photograph straight-on, avoid shadows and crop unrelated background. Proofread dates, numbers, punctuation and line breaks. OCR can misread similar characters, and translated text may need further review before professional use. Translation requires a network connection. Keep the source file Before converting, compressing or reorganizing a document, keep an original copy if the content matters. An export can change layout, image quality or metadata. Compare the result with the source instead of assuming that successful processing means every detail has been preserved. Sharing and recipient compatibility Choose an output the recipient can open and verify that the intended app accepts it. Share only the prepared file you mean to send, and inspect its name and content first. The receiving app may handle a document or media format differently from your own device.
