Rule a kingdom in the endless winter. Frosthelm: Winter Kingdoms is a medieval fantasy war strategy MMO and kingdom building game where your castle, your army and your alliance share one living world map with real rival lords. Every march you send can be scouted, answered and avenged. Build a snowbound kingdom, train armies, forge alliances and conquer the map until the season ends in Armageddon. Build a living kingdom Raise 11 buildings, led by your Castle: Barracks, Academy, Market, Farm, Lumber Camp, Gold Mine, Village, City Wall, Watchtower and Siege Workshop. Your painted 2.5D city grows before your eyes, and buildings take on new forms as they rise in level. Farms feed your troops, mines pay for steel, the Watchtower spots trouble early and the City Wall decides whether a raid becomes a rout. Trade surplus resources at the Barter Market and plan every build queue like a true steward of the realm. Train and command armies Train infantry to hold the line, archers whose volleys fall like winter sleet, cavalry to break the flanks, siege engines to crack walls and spies to count the spears behind enemy gates. Every unit has its own attack, health and carrying capacity, so shape each march for its purpose: storm a fortified city, reinforce an ally or haul the spoils home. Review battle reports and replays, learn from every clash and march out only when the odds favor you. Conquer the world map Scout, attack, spy and settle on one shared world map. Raid AI cities and camps for resources, found colonies to extend your reach, send spies to reveal a rival's strength before you strike and march on other kingdoms to take what they hold. A wise lord reads the odds first, and scouting shows what waits behind the walls. Forge a mighty alliance No lord survives the winter alone. Found or join an alliance, chat with your members, request and send reinforcements, complete weekly alliance goals and follow alliance news. Share the alliance map, post on the forum and recruit new members. Strong alliances climb the leaderboards together. Hold the trade roads, survive Armageddon Trade road cities dot the world, and the alliance that owns every city on a road controls it. Hold a full trade road and your leader can challenge the world. Each season ends in Armageddon, the finale that crowns the Conqueror alliance and awards rare titles. Then a new season begins and the race for the crown starts again. Climb the campaign ladder Sharpen your army on the PvE campaign ladder. Defeat escalating foes to earn rewards and test new unit mixes before real players test them for you. Research the winter arts Spend your time at the Academy. Masonry hardens your walls, riding and cartography speed up every march, geometry strengthens your siege engines and economy lowers market tax. Choose your faction Three factions fight for the frozen realm: Ironhold, Sunkeep and the Frostclans. Pick the banner that fits your style and carry it across the world map. Rewards every day Log in daily to build a streak toward a huge 30-day bonus. Complete daily quests, follow the event calendar for special events, climb the player and alliance leaderboards and unlock the premium track of the season's Battle Pass. Play with the world Chat with your allies in alliance chat, send private messages to other lords and talk to the whole realm in world chat. The whole game is playable in 17 languages.
