Need to show when and where a photo was taken? Vidimu is a GPS timestamp camera for field and engineering teams. It geotags every photo with the date, time, GPS coordinates and address printed on the image, and gives each photo a verification code that anyone can check online. Take your work photos on site and the proof of work is already on them. No editing apps, no manual notes, no arguments about when it was shot. GEOTAG CAMERA WITH GPS AND ADDRESS • Date stamp camera: date, time, weekday, GPS coordinates and street address on every GPS photo • A true location camera: coordinates come from your live position, so they show where you are standing • Front and rear camera, flash, and your project, work unit and notes printed on the picture 83 WATERMARK TEMPLATES AND AN EDITOR • Choose from 83 ready-made watermark layouts: compact lines, cards, large clocks and more • Open the template editor to change fonts, colors, text and background opacity, add your logo and add your own information rows • Keep your own templates and set one per project: the camera applies the project's template automatically VERIFIABLE PHOTO PROOF Every photo gets a 14-character code, stamped on the right edge of the image as vidimu.com/v/CODE. Anyone with the code can open the verification page, or use the Verify screen in the app, to see when the photo was taken, where, and whether the image has been modified since. Only the time, the location and a fingerprint of the image are sent for verification. The photo itself is not uploaded to the verification service. Photos taken offline are queued and sent when the phone is back online. If the phone's clock or location looks unreliable, no code is issued. PROJECTS AND WORK-UNIT FOLDERS • Create projects with dates and work groups • Photos are filed by work unit inside each project (for example a block, section or zone) • Browse a project's files, rename and share them • Name files automatically from watermark information, such as the unit code plus your own note TASKS WITH APPROVAL • Assign a task to one or more people, or to a team, with start and due dates • Attach photos and documents and tick off a checklist • Team members send finished tasks for approval; the manager approves them or asks for a fix ATTENDANCE WITH A STAMPED SELFIE • Clock in and clock out with a selfie that carries the time and location • A day-by-day timeline lists every record; tap one to see the full-screen photo and a map • Attendance photos can be verified in the same way as any other photo • It is a record of presence, not a biometric check TEAM AND WEB DASHBOARD • Add team members and groups • Create an optional Vidimu account for cloud backup and sync (Pro or Team) and the web dashboard at app.vidimu.com • Vidimu also works without an account: your projects and photos stay on your phone QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK Can I add a timestamp to a photo I already took? No. Vidimu creates timestamp photos at the moment you take them, which is what makes the time and place checkable. Does the camera work without a signal? Yes. Verification codes are sent when a connection is available. Can I turn location off? Yes, in the profile settings. Then no coordinates are printed. SUBSCRIPTIONS Optional Pro and Team subscriptions are available in the app. Pro gives you photos without the Vidimu mark, cloud backup and sync, 100 GB of cloud storage and the web dashboard with bulk download.
