I have run into so many bugs and issues including: Calls not appearing in call history Connection issues that don’t appear on the desk phone The app flickers making the entire phone unusable during a call The app sometimes doesn't for an incoming call

Fantastic tool.
customers are avoiding using it. overwhelming number of options make it confusing. Dialer is not clearly visible but it is the most used feature.

missing the DND feature of the old app. it would be great to get this back. on the plus side I like the new option to select caller ID
