1 rep max calculator and gym log that stamps every new record. Plate calculator.
Hefto is a PR tracker and gym log that knows your records. Tap start, log your sets, and every time a set beats your best, Hefto presses a red PR stamp next to it. No account, no questionnaire, no ads. WHY THIS PR TRACKER IS DIFFERENT Most workout trackers want an account, a long quiz and a subscription before you have lifted a single weight. Then the basics move behind a paywall. Hefto turns this around: logging is free and unlimited, forever. • Your weights from last time are already filled in. Did the same again? One tap on the check mark logs the set. • Every checked set is compared with your whole history: heaviest weight, best estimated one-rep max, most reps at this weight, longest hold. Beat one of them and the set gets a PR stamp, with the jump to your old record (for example +2.5 kg or +1 rep). • Your records are always calculated from your sets, never stored separately. Fix a typo in an old workout and every record is right again. • Warm-up sets are marked with a W and never count. • Big buttons and a number pad with plus and minus one plate step (2.5 kg or 5 lb). A REST TIMER YOU CAN HEAR When you check a set, the rest starts. At the end it rings with a sound and a vibration, even when your music app is open. Plus 15 seconds, minus 15 seconds, or skip. The screen stays on during your workout if you like. PLANS IN ONE TAP Start with Push Pull Legs, Upper Lower or a short full body plan, or build your own. As many plans and exercises as you want. Around 90 exercises are included, from bench press, squat and deadlift to lateral raises and planks, and you can add your own. 1RM CALCULATOR AND PLATE CALCULATOR How much could you lift once? The one-rep max calculator estimates it from any set and shows what to load for 2, 3, 5, 8, 10 or 12 reps. The plate calculator shows which plates go on each side of the bar, in the real plate colors. SHARE YOUR PR Every record becomes a story-sized card: the exercise, the weight, the red stamp and how much you beat your old best by. There is also a card for the whole workout. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU Everything is stored on your phone and works offline. No account, no photos, no ads, no tracking. Edit past workouts, save a backup file or load it on a new phone. HEFTO PRO (optional subscription) Unlimited workouts, plans, exercises, PR stamps, your full history, the rest timer and both calculators stay free. Pro adds what helps you progress week after week: • A target for every set: how many reps with this weight make it a new record • Full progress charts for every exercise: estimated max, top weight, volume • Your best weight for each number of reps, from 1 to 12 • The complete record book, newest first • Sets per muscle group each week, so nothing gets left behind • Export as a table (CSV) The yearly plan starts with a free trial, and the app reminds you one day before it ends. FOR WHOM For anyone who lifts: beginners with their first plan, people who train at home with two dumbbells, and experienced lifters who want a fast workout log and progressive overload tracker without the noise. Works with kilograms and pounds. GOOD TO KNOW Hefto is a training notebook, not a coach. It does not give medical or training advice. Estimated maximums are calculations, not tests. Lift within your limits and with good form.
