Scan any QR code and see where the link really goes — before it ever opens.
A QR code scanner that shows you the link before you open it. Most scanners open whatever the code points at. This one stops first, shows the full destination and grades it, so a poster in the street or a code in a chat cannot walk you into a fake login page.
SEE THE LINK, THEN DECIDE
• Full address first: the whole destination is shown before anything opens, domain highlighted and path visible
• Safety grade: every link gets a local grade with named reasons, such as a raw IP address instead of a domain, login-bait words, high-risk domain endings, look-alike characters or no HTTPS
• Full-screen warning: a dangerous link lands on its own screen, not a small pop-up
• Link checker: share a link someone sent you into the app from any chat or browser and see the same grade
• Optional Google Web Risk: switch on the online check to compare links with Google's threat lists
SCAN THE CODES YOU COME ACROSS
• QR codes and barcodes: links, Wi-Fi, contacts, email, phone, SMS, location, calendar events and plain text, plus product formats such as EAN, UPC and Code 128
• Batch scan: read several codes in one pass
• From a photo: scan a QR code from an image in your gallery
• Flashlight and zoom: small or badly printed codes still read
MAKE YOUR OWN CODES
• QR code generator: links, Wi-Fi network, contact card, email, SMS, phone, map location or text
• Style: colors, gradients, a logo in the middle and the error-correction level
• Output: save as PNG or share as SVG for print
KEEP YOUR SCANS
• Scan history with search and filters by kind
• Favorites for the codes you need again
• Trash, so a wrong swipe can be undone
• Export the history as CSV
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
• The local risk check runs entirely on your device and needs no internet
• The automatic Google Web Risk check is off until you turn it on; when it is on, the full link, including its path and query, is sent to Google
• No account, no sign-up; history stays on the phone
ADS AND PRO
The free version shows ads and keeps the last 50 scans. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Pro removes ads and adds branded QR styles, SVG and CSV export, history without the 50-item cap and an AMOLED theme.
FAQ
Is this QR scanner safe to use? It never opens a link on its own. You see the address and the reasons for its grade first, and you decide.
Can it check a QR code for phishing? It flags the common signs of a fake login page, and with Google Web Risk switched on it also checks Google's lists of phishing and malware sites. No check is perfect, so read the reasons before you open anything.
Does it send my scans anywhere? Not by default. Only the optional Web Risk check sends a link, and only once you enable it.
Can I scan a QR code from a screenshot? Yes, pick the image from your gallery.
Do I need an account? No.
Use it on a parking meter, a restaurant table or a parcel label, anywhere a code asks you to trust an address you have not seen.
