Fuel and service log. No account, no location permission, free export.
A fuel log and car maintenance log for Android: fill-ups, services, expenses and reminders for every vehicle, with consumption worked out automatically. Colugo Car keeps the log in the app's private storage on the phone. No account, no sign-up, no location permission. FUEL LOG Add a fill-up in a few taps. Enter any two of volume, price per unit and total, and the third is worked out. Odometer or trip distance, full or partial tank, a missed fill-up, fuel type, station and notes. The last price and station are suggested next time, and a photo of the receipt can be attached. CONSUMPTION THAT ADDS UP Consumption is measured from one full tank to the next. Partial fills in between are counted, and a stretch with a missed fill-up is left out instead of guessed. Each fill-up in the log shows its figure, or says why there is none. SERVICES AND EXPENSES Log oil changes, tyres, inspections, repairs, insurance, tax, parking and more, with cost, odometer, place, notes and a receipt photo. Add types of your own and hide the ones that never get used. REMINDERS Set a reminder by date, by distance or both, for example every 12 months or 15,000 km, whichever comes first. Logging that service in the log restarts the count. Reminders that are due soon or overdue show as a notification and as a number on the tab. STATS Average consumption, fuel cost per distance, cost per month, cost by category and distance per month, drawn as simple charts for each vehicle. ANY NUMBER OF VEHICLES, YOUR UNITS Kilometres or miles, litres or gallons (US or UK), L/100 km, km/L or mpg, and a currency for each vehicle. Archive a vehicle instead of deleting it. BRING THE LOG ALONG Import from a Fuelio or Drivvo export, or from another fuel log in CSV format by matching its columns on screen. A preview shows what was found, flags entries that are already in the log and adds the rest in one go, even for logs with thousands of entries. YOUR DATA, YOUR FILES Back up everything, receipt photos included, to one file wherever you choose, protected with a password if you like, and restore it on a new phone. Export every vehicle as a CSV file to open in a spreadsheet. MADE FOR YOUR PHONE Follows your system theme and wallpaper colours, and the app's language can be set separately from the phone's.
