good app, could use some fixes on buggy parts. when you drag a table it disappears, the app crashes when u ask for ai help, the orders bug out, when adding menu items it bugs. but overall great help

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. The native Android app also allows to use thermal printers which is not possible from the website! Could you upgrade your review to 5 stars or let me know what can we do to deserve 5 stars? Thank you!
Application is good but I'm not able to connect my Thermal printer with the app even after trying every possible attempt.

very easy to use. can be used on any smartphone or tablet by multiple staff members. you can enter orders very quickly. simple but efficient reporting gives a good overview of orders, tables, menus, and payments with daily, weekly, and monthly income overviews. option for csv download of a report, so you can process it in Excel. only usability issue is when you want to decrease the quantity of an item ordered, it is quite complicated via a submenu. would be easier to simply have a minus button.

Been using this app for 2 months now. It's a good app all around. I especially like the fact that you can keep track of all the orders, how many of a specific dish you sold during one shift ect... Only negative point would be that when there are many orders at the same time, it gets confusing because of the display

Non existent customer service. We have a paid account and suddenly our system stop working . I contacted them but for now 4 days already no answers. Using paper and pencils again until they answer.
