MoldIQ is an AI mold identifier. Snap a photo of mold or a stain you are not sure about, and it tells you what it likely is, how commonly it is considered a concern, and what general cleanup and prevention guidance applies. Then track the spot over time and share a dated report with your landlord, insurer or contractor. IDENTIFY MOLD FROM A PHOTO Take a photo, pick one from your library, or upload a page of a PDF. The mold identifier names the likely mold or fungus, sorts it as Commonly Considered Significant, Often Discussed, Generally Common, Often Considered Minor or Not Mold, and explains the likely moisture source, general cleanup tips, suggested protective gear, prevention, and when people often consult a professional. THE SPOT LOG Track a patch of mold over time. Each check records a dated photo lined up with the last one, an optional humidity reading from any hygrometer, how it looks compared to last time, and a note. Compare the first and latest photos side by side. SHARE A DATED REPORT Export a spot as a PDF with every photo, date, humidity reading and note, plus the identification it started from. The report is made on your phone and goes only where you share it. ACTION PLANS Describe the situation and get a step-by-step remediation checklist you can trim, save and tick through.
