A notary journal on your phone, and the business side mobile notaries track: fees, travel and miles. Sealbook is a notary journal and notary log made for notaries public and loan signing agents. Log a signing in about a minute, keep every entry numbered in order, and export your journal whenever you need it. EVERY ENTRY, NUMBERED - The act: acknowledgment, jurat, oath or affirmation, copy certification, signature witnessing, or your own - The document, its date and its kind (real property, power of attorney, other) - The signer's name, address and phone - How you identified them: an ID (type, issuer, number where your state allows it, issue and expiration dates), personal knowledge, or credible witnesses - A warning when an ID had expired by the date of the act - The signer's signature, drawn on the screen - A thumbprint photo where your state asks for one, and an optional ID photo - The notary fee, travel fee, miles and notes Each entry gets the next number. Entries are never edited or deleted: a mistake is voided with a reason, and the entry keeps its number. Copy an entry to start the next signer on the same document. FIT TO YOUR STATE Pick your state and Sealbook shows the fields its profile asks for and leaves out the ones it doesn't. Texas and Illinois profiles leave the ID number out. California asks for the right thumbprint on deeds and powers of attorney. Illinois asks where you and the signer were. Profiles cover California, Texas, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina and Arizona, with a general profile for every other state. YOUR BUSINESS AT A GLANCE Fees, travel fees and miles from your notary log add up by month and year, with voided entries left out, so tax time starts with real numbers. EXPORT ANY TIME A PDF of your notary journal in order, each entry with its signature and thumbprint, or a CSV of every field for a spreadsheet. Export this month, last month, this year, last year or every entry. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account and no sign-up. Your journal stays on your phone, signatures and photos are encrypted on the device, and nothing is backed up or uploaded. Turn on App Lock to open Sealbook with your fingerprint, face or screen lock. Export your journal regularly to keep a copy. SUBSCRIPTION A subscription is required to add entries in Sealbook. Choose a monthly or annual plan; the annual plan starts with a 7-day trial. Plans renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel in Google Play. Cancel a trial before it ends and you won't be charged. Prices are always shown before you subscribe. If your subscription ends, your journal stays readable and exportable.
