ParentPact: Co-Parenting App

ParentPact is a shared co-parenting record for separated parents. Both parents join the same family record, where the custody calendar, swap requests, shared expenses with receipts and your messages are kept together as a dated history. WHAT IT DOES Co-parent messages that stay as sent Keep a topic for each subject: school, holidays, health. Once sent, a message cannot be edited or deleted by either parent. Each message shows its server-stamped sent time and when the other parent opened it. Attach photos or PDFs. A second look before sending An optional wording check on your phone points out phrases that can read as sharper than meant, before a message goes. It never blocks a message and nothing is reported to anyone. Custody calendar Enter your parenting plan as a repeating pattern: alternating weeks, 2-2-3, 2-2-5-5, 3-4-4-3, weekdays and weekends, every other weekend, or your own cycle. Add holidays and the handover time and place. Each day shows who has the children, and each handover is marked. Requests with the answer on the record Ask for a change or a swap of days. The other parent accepts or declines, with an optional reply. Nothing moves until it is accepted, and the request, the answer and both times stay on the record. Shared expenses Add what you spend on the children with a photo of the receipt. Each expense is split by the share you agreed, or a share you set for that one. The parent who was paid marks the other share as settled, and the balance each way is kept for you. Different currencies are kept apart. ParentPact records payments; it never moves money. Children's details School, teacher, doctor, dentist, allergies, medicines, sizes and emergency contacts for each child. An update never replaces the old value: the history shows who changed what and when. Court-ready PDF Make a PDF for any date range: the calendar by the plan and with every accepted change, handovers, requests and answers, expenses with their status, every message with its sent and opened times, changes to the children's details and the activity log. Every page carries a fingerprint of the whole document, so two copies can be compared. The PDF is in English, or in Spanish when the app is set to Spanish. Handover reminders A reminder before each handover in the calendar, at the time you choose. Viewers Invite a lawyer or mediator as a viewer. A viewer can read the record and make PDFs, but cannot add or answer anything. Your own copy Download everything you can see as a JSON file at any time. A parent who leaves the family record can still read everything written up to the day they left.
