Killer Sudoku - Offline Puzzle

Killer Sudoku is sudoku with sums: a number puzzle where cages and their totals take the place of given digits. Also known as sum sudoku, sumdoku or add-up sudoku, it is a logic brain game that rewards careful arithmetic and clean reasoning, and you can play it offline anywhere. HOW KILLER SUDOKU WORKS: Fill the 9×9 grid so that every row, column and 3×3 box holds the digits 1 to 9 exactly once. The grid is split into cages, and the small number in a cage's corner is the sum of the digits inside it. A digit never repeats inside a cage. ONE SOLUTION, NO GUESSING: Before you see a puzzle, a logical solver checks that it can be finished by reasoning alone. Every puzzle has exactly one solution, and there is always a next step you can work out. HINTS THAT EXPLAIN THE STEP: Stuck? The hint button lights up the cells and cages that matter and gives the reason in one plain sentence, such as "These 2 cells must make 3: only 1+2." Tap Apply, or close the hint and place the digit yourself. If a digit on the board is wrong, the hint points that out first. CAGE CALCULATOR: Select a cell and open the cage calculator to see every combination of digits that can still make the cage's sum. Combinations that cannot fit are crossed out, and one tap notes their digits in the empty cells. LEARN AS YOU PLAY: A short guided first game teaches cages, sums, notes, the 45 rule and hints on a real board. You can skip it and replay it from Settings at any time, and the How to play page sums up the rules, the controls and the cage sums that have only one combination. FOUR DIFFICULTIES, ENDLESS LEVELS: Easy, Medium, Hard and Expert, each a numbered list of levels that keeps going. Harder levels have fewer, larger cages and call for techniques such as the 45 rule across several rows, cage combinations, subsets and X-Wing. DAILY PUZZLE: A new killer sudoku every day, easy on Monday and Tuesday and rising to Expert on Sunday. Keep your day streak going and, if you like, turn on a reminder: at most one notification a day, never at night. Your progress is saved on the device automatically, and an unfinished puzzle waits for you right where you left it.
