An unofficial guide to SH Housing notices, the Seoul public housing announcements published by Seoul Housing & Urban Development Corporation (SH). This app is not an official app of SH or the Seoul Metropolitan Government, and has no affiliation with or endorsement from either. Browse long-term jeonse, purchased rental and Happy Housing notices with their application dates and source documents in one list. The app interface is in Korean. Search by notice title, or narrow the list by rental programme, application status and verified supply district. Separate controls include notices with unknown districts and recruitment without a housing allocation. A listed district comes from the notice evidence; district coverage may be incomplete. Home matches use the programme and district conditions supported by the current data. Applicant categories such as young adults or newlyweds, and campaign labels such as Mirinae, are not currently verified as matching filters. The app tells you when saved conditions have been excluded. It does not determine your eligibility or promise a feed limited to your applicant group. One public housing notice can have several application windows. An online application window may differ from the visiting period, and a later priority round may depend on the earlier one. Housing Alerts for Seoul separates verified periods and flags conditional or unverified dates. Use the calendar to review schedules by day. Verified events can be opened in your calendar app for you to check and save. Keep notices you want to revisit in Favorites. Registering a notice for alerts is a separate action: choose the window and alert types you need, then set quiet hours if wanted. Alerts depend on permission, registration, verified source schedules and connectivity. Check the current official notice before applying. Open an available official PDF directly in the app, including application documents for long-term jeonse or Happy Housing. Notice details show the submission guidance and change information that could be verified. Some notices have incomplete district, attachment or detail information; the original document remains the place to check the full terms. The last loaded notice list can remain available without a connection. Offline information does not establish whether applications are open now.
