Log blood pressure in seconds. No account. PDF for your doctor.
Steadily is a calm, simple diary for the blood pressure readings you take at home with your own monitor. Type your numbers on a big, clear keypad and you are done in seconds. See your weekly average, spot morning and evening patterns, and make a clean PDF to take to your doctor. No ads. No account. Your readings stay on your phone, encrypted. Steadily does not measure blood pressure. Use a blood pressure monitor (cuff), then enter the result. Fast to log - Top number, bottom number and pulse on one keypad that moves along as you type. - Arm, position and time are remembered and easy to change. Add a tag or a note if you want. - A short "take a second reading" timer after you save, if your doctor asks for two. Easy to read - Very large numbers and a highly legible typeface, with an extra text size setting on top of your phone's. - Reference categories that never rely on color alone. - Light and dark themes. Useful at the appointment - A doctor report as a PDF for any date range, plus CSV export. Exports are never locked and never password protected. - 7 day and 30 day averages, longer trends, and morning versus evening comparisons. Categories you can check Choose ACC/AHA or ESC/ESH guidelines. Categories are labelled "reference category, not a diagnosis", and the sources are cited in the app. If a reading is above 180/120, Steadily shows calm guidance based on American Heart Association advice, with a button to call emergency services. Private by design - No ads, no account, no email address, no analytics. - Readings are stored in an encrypted database on your phone and are left out of cloud device backups. - Make your own passphrase-protected backup file and restore it on a new phone. - Delete everything in one place. - Everything is free. There is nothing to buy. Works with Apple Health (iPhone) and Health Connect (Android) if you choose to link them. Steadily is not a medical device. It does not measure blood pressure and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Categories are shown for reference only, based on published guidelines. Always talk to your doctor about your readings and before changing any medication.
