The 100% option in settings now shows its percent sign like the others, and at a large font size the labels shrink instead of being cut off.
Battery alarm at 80, 85, 90, 95 or 100% charge, so you know when to unplug.
A battery alarm that sounds when your phone reaches the level you chose: 80, 85, 90, 95 or 100 per cent. Plug in, tap START and leave the phone where it is. When the level gets there, you hear it and unplug the charger. Many people stop charging at 80% to go easier on the battery. With a charge alarm at 80% you do not have to keep checking the screen. The percentage is shown in large digits, with a word under it that says where you are: low, working charge, close to target or target reached. The full battery alarm uses your phone's alarm sound and has its own notification channel. While the app is watching, a quiet standing notice stays in the notification panel. The two are separate, so silencing the notice does not mute the alert. • Choose 80, 85, 90 or 95 per cent, or full charge • Charge window 20–80%: one alert at 80% while charging, another at 20% on battery as a reminder to plug in again • A warning when charging stalls: if the level has not risen for 12 minutes with the cable in, check the cable or the charger • Quiet hours for the night: the alert arrives with no sound and no vibration and waits for you in the morning • Skip this charge, from the notification or the main screen • The main screen shows whether the cable is in, and tells you when the level is already above your target • If watching was on, it starts again after the phone restarts • Light or dark theme, or follow the system Good to know. No app can stop or limit charging on Android: the phone itself does that. This app tells you when the level you chose is reached, and you unplug the cable yourself. The alarm comes when the level crosses your target, so if you plug in above it, no alert comes that time and the screen says so. Watching needs the standing notification. Some phones close apps that are swiped away from recent apps, and then no alert can come. Notifications have to be allowed. If they are blocked, the app says so, and tapping that message opens the notification settings. You do not need an account. Anonymous usage statistics can be turned off in Settings.
