Karaoke Mic turns your phone into a singing microphone. Sing into it and your voice comes out of the phone speaker, a Bluetooth speaker or wired headphones in real time, with a warm karaoke echo already switched on. Put the song on your TV or laptop, pick up the phone and take the stage. KARAOKE ECHO, FREE AND READY • The Karaoke echo is on from the first tap, with no setup • Turn the echo amount up for a big, wet sound or down for a cleaner voice • Clear voice trims low rumble so every word stays easy to follow • Gain slider from a soft ballad to a full-volume chorus SING THROUGH THE SPEAKER YOU ALREADY HAVE • Automatic, phone speaker, wired headphones or a connected Bluetooth speaker • The app shows which device your voice is coming out of right now • Wired gives the lowest delay; Bluetooth adds a short lag (often 0.1–0.3 s), so stand a few steps away from the speaker • Keeps going with the screen off, with a notification and a Stop button NO SQUEAL IN THE MIDDLE OF A SONG • Feedback guard hears the howl when the mic gets too close to the speaker, cuts that tone and lowers the gain by 3 dB • Even out volume keeps belted high notes and claps from blasting the speaker while quiet verses stay clear • Prefer push-to-talk? Allow microphone access 2. Connect a Bluetooth speaker or headphones, or use the phone speaker 3. Start with the volume low, tap the mic and sing 4. Raise the gain slowly and point the phone away from the speaker SAFETY Begin quietly and turn up slowly. Keep the mic away from the speaker to avoid feedback, and never hold a loud speaker to your ear. Don't use the app to listen in on other people. PRIVACY Your voice is processed on the phone and played back straight away. It is never recorded, saved or uploaded. The app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to count feature use and fix crashes (you can switch them off in Settings), and the ads in the free version use your device's advertising ID.
