Disable touch on cracked or ghost-touch areas, or block taps on the full screen.
No Touch lets you disable touch on exactly the part of the screen that misbehaves. If a cracked corner taps by itself, an edge reacts to your palm, or a strip of the display registers phantom touches, draw a zone over it and No Touch ignores every touch there while the rest of the phone works as usual.
Need the whole screen off instead? One tap disables touch everywhere, and a 2-second hold turns it back on.
Find the problem first
Open the zone editor and switch on the touch finder: every touch leaves a dot on the screen, including the ones you never made. Put the phone down, watch where dots appear, and you know exactly where to draw.
Block zones your way
• Drag on the screen to create a zone, drag a zone to move it, and pull its corner dots to resize it.
• Zones are stored relative to the glass, so a zone over a cracked corner stays on that corner in portrait and landscape.
• Tint zones to see them, or hide the tint for a clean view.
• The free version blocks 2 zones at once. Premium allows up to 12 and keeps several zone sets, for example one per game.
For games and one-handed grip
Large phones and thin bezels mean a gripping palm or thumb often lands on the edge. Block a slim strip along the side, or a button you keep hitting by mistake, and carry on playing or reading.
Full screen mode
• Choose a start delay of none, 3, 5, 10 or 15 seconds, open the app you need, and the whole display stops responding to touch.
• Hold the small lock button for 2 seconds to get touch back; a quick tap or a second finger will not do it.
• The button fades and can be placed in any corner. The screen can stay on while locked, and a vibration can confirm the unlock.
Fast controls
• A Quick Settings tile switches the block on and off.
• A notification carries an Unlock button while something is blocked, plus optional buttons to lock the full screen or your zones when nothing is.
• Light and dark themes.
Track how you use it
Today, Stats and Calendar tabs show your streak of days with a block, the week's blocked time split between full screen and zones, the days of the month you used it, and milestone badges. These numbers are computed on your device.
What it can and cannot do
No Touch keeps faulty touch areas from reaching your apps; it does not repair the glass or the touch sensor, and a repair shop is still the real fix for broken hardware. Android keeps the status bar, navigation gestures and the power and volume keys above app layers, so those may still respond. A built-in guide explains Android screen pinning for a stricter lock, and the setup check helps if your phone closes background apps to save battery. Restarting the phone always removes any block.
Premium
The app is free and shows ads. Premium unlocks 12 zones, multiple zone sets, an auto-unlock timer from 5 to 120 minutes, a PIN after the unlock hold on the full screen lock, and an ad-free experience. Plans are monthly, yearly or lifetime (a one-time purchase). Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime in Google Play.
Permissions explained
• Display over other apps: required to place the layer that absorbs touches on your screen. No screen content or typing is read.
• Notifications (Android 13 and newer): for the Unlock button while a block is active.
• No accessibility service is involved.
Privacy
Zones, settings, lock history and the PIN (kept only as a salted hash) are stored on your device. We receive only anonymous usage and crash statistics, and ads in the free version are served by Google AdMob.
