Silicio Chess PDF Reader is a chess PDF reader for studying your chess books and magazines beside an interactive board. Read, analyze positions with Stockfish 19 and save your study notes offline on your phone or tablet. Open your own PDFs, set up the positions on the board, and keep variations and conclusions alongside the page you are reading. READ WITH A CHESSBOARD Switch between Book, Board and Reading desk. Adjust the panel split, zoom, rotation and margins. Follow the PDF outline when available and match the displayed page number to the printed book. Search words in PDFs with selectable text. YOUR CHESS NOTEBOOK Each PDF you open is automatically saved to your library. Organize books with tags, favorites, authors and reading status. Keep multiple studies per book, bookmark positions and pages, add move comments, variations, colored arrows and square highlights. Import PGN and work with FEN positions. Export or share files and create a PDF study sheet with a diagram and notes. ANALYZE ON YOUR DEVICE Stockfish 19 Smallnet is included. Open the engine beside the board: analysis updates as you move pieces. Compare up to three continuations with figurines and explore them on an internal board before saving. Choosing a provider such as Drive in the Android picker depends on that provider; there is no automatic sync. Spanish and English, light and dark interface, and an original sample guide are included. The board, rules and pieces are by Ajedrez de Silicio. Commercial books, OCR and automatic PDF-to-PGN conversion are not included. Diagram recognition is not an available feature.
