Silicio Chess Scoresheet, by Ajedrez de Silicio E.I.R.L., is a free app with no ads for chess players who want to record their training games alongside a physical board and, at the same time, keep a digital record to save or share in PGN format. It is intended for ages 13 and up. You do not need an account, purchase or subscription to use its features. LEARN AFTER TRYING Write in algebraic notation using a chess keyboard or your usual keyboard. When you add a move, the app checks your notation and explains writing errors or illegal moves. Learn to distinguish a piece letter from a square’s file, write captures and indicate check, checkmate or promotion. Hints appear after an error; there is no autocomplete or move suggestion while you type. RECORD AT YOUR OWN PACE Record White’s and Black’s moves in turn. Leave a missing move pending and complete it later, correct an entry or undo changes. Adjust the text size, use day mode and optionally record the time remaining on the clock. You can keep the screen on while recording. KEEP AND REVIEW YOUR GAMES Add players, event, date, round, result, comments and notes. Keep games and drafts in a local library, search by player or event and archive finished games. PGN AND PDF SCORESHEETS Import a PGN game even when it contains variations: the main line is kept and the alternative lines are omitted. Export games as PGN to exchange them or review them on a compatible board. Create a PDF scoresheet with game details, moves and clock times; comments and extended text appear in an appendix only when they contain content. You can also save a blank scoresheet with the Ajedrez de Silicio logo, ready to print on A4 paper. YOUR GAME, ON YOUR DEVICE Recording, validation, the library and file creation work offline. No account, ads or subscription. Export a JSON backup to move your library or keep a spare copy. ENGLISH AND SPANISH Choose the app language and, separately, the piece-letter language for each game. Changing the interface does not change saved moves. PGN uses standard English notation. OPEN IN AJEDREZ DE SILICIO Send your game to the Ajedrez de Silicio app to open it on its board. This optional integration requires a compatible version to be installed. If you do not have it, you can visit its Google Play listing or export the PGN. For training only. Do not use this app during tournament games. FIDE rules prohibit electronic devices that have not been approved by the arbiter in the playing venue.
