Backgammon and Turkish tavla on your phone, against a computer that never sees the next roll. Fully offline, no account, no coins, no energy. DICE YOU CAN CHECK Sealed before the first roll Every roll of the match is fixed and sealed before the first die is thrown, and you see the seal code on screen. You can add a word of your own, and it is mixed into every roll. Opened when the match ends When the match is over, the seal opens and every roll is checked against it. The exact SHA-256 recipe is in the app, so anyone can recompute the dice with their own tools. A computer that cannot look ahead The computer is given only the board and the dice on the table. It cannot see future rolls. Easy, Normal and Hard change how well it thinks, never the dice. Hard counts shots and looks one roll ahead, and plays like a strong club player. TWO RULE SETS Backgammon International rules: the doubling cube multiplies the match points a game is worth, with the Crawford rule, gammons and backgammons. Tavla Turkish rules: no cube, a mars counts double, and the winner of the opening throw rolls again. A setting lets the opening throw be played instead. Matches to 1, 3, 5 or 7 points. YOUR DICE REPORT After every match and across all your matches: your dice next to the computer's, average pips per roll beside the fair 8.17, doubles, how often each face came up, and turns stuck on the bar. Luck and error rate are shown separately, so you can tell bad luck from mistakes. POSITION OF THE DAY One puzzle a day, the same for every player.
