AuditPass AI turns a phone camera and a PDF into a complete field-compliance workflow. Point it at a standard; it tells you if you're compliant, then produces the paperwork a regulator or franchise auditor actually wants to see. **The core loop** • Ingest a standard — pick a pre-built compliance category template, or upload a messy SOP PDF and let AI structure it into a working checklist in under a minute. • Execute in the field — for each checklist item, snap a photo, record a voice note, or tap a manual checkbox. The capture button is the viewfinder: one tap, then keep moving. • AI grades the evidence — a vision model compares your photo against the stated standard and returns pass / fail / needs-review with a confidence score and a one-line rationale. • Exceptions become corrective actions — every failure auto-creates a corrective action with a due date and a re-audit requirement. • The audit closes into a PDF — a shareable, timestamped, photo-embedded compliance report, generated locally on the device. **Built for the field** • Glove-friendly, one-handed, large-target UI for warehouses, freezers, job sites and night shifts. • Every evidence photo carries a burned-in visible timestamp and optional GPS — not just strippable metadata. • Works fully offline. Checklist navigation, manual grading and PDF generation never need a connection; offline-captured photos grade themselves once you're back online. • A human always has the final say. Every AI grade is overridable, and the report discloses which provider graded it, the confidence score, and whether a person overrode it. **Your keys, your data** • No cloud database. Your audits, photos and reports stay on your device. No account required. • Bring your own AI key — Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral or xAI Grok — stored in the Android Keystore. Every install starts with a 7-day free trial; after that it continues as a recurring subscription billed through Google Play unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The subscription unlocks the full app — field capture, manual and AI grading (with your own keys), PDF-to-checklist ingestion, unwatermarked branded reports, regulator-form auto-fill, and unlimited templates and locations. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Google Play. AI grading results are always advisory and overridable by a human. Healthcare-adjacent templates cover facilities and sanitation only; AuditPass AI does not perform clinical or diagnostic assessment.
