Sign PDF with a signing checklist, saved signatures and initials on every page
Sign PDF documents with a guided signing list, then reuse a signature you draw, type or import from a photo of your ink. Sign Run helps you visit the places in your list and create a new PDF while keeping the original unchanged. ▶ FOLLOW YOUR SIGNING LIST • Start with suggestions from empty signature fields and fields whose names suggest signatures, initials or dates. Review them, remove unwanted suggestions and tap the page to add your own places. • Use Previous and Next to move through the list. Selecting a place scrolls to its page and zooms in. Progress shows the places done or skipped in your list. • Choose whether a place is required or optional. Finish or skip required places before Export PDF becomes available; use Go to next required place to return to unfinished work. • When you have no saved signature, create one from its place in the document and apply it there without leaving the editor. ▶ DRAW, TYPE OR USE YOUR INK PHOTO • Draw a signature, type your name with four handwriting-style renderings, or take or import a photo of ink on paper. The photo is cropped to the dark ink against the paper. • Save signatures and initials in the Signature library and reuse them in documents. The library holds up to 10 saved signatures and initials combined. • Signature images keep their proportions within the chosen rectangle in the preview and exported PDF, including rotated pages. ▶ INITIAL EVERY PAGE • Choose saved initials and a page corner. Enter page numbers to skip, use Preview to check the count, then Apply to add the placements together. • Keep those placements alongside the other places in your signing list. ▶ FINISH AND KEEP A COPY • Add visible text, dates and checkmarks. Choose dates with Today, Yesterday or the calendar. • Save the signing list to return to it. Unsaved changes are checked when leaving the editor. • Export PDF creates a new file with visible signatures and flattened content. Share PDF opens the share sheet; Save to folder saves a copy to a folder you select. • Backup and restore includes document copies, signing lists and saved signature images. Keep the manifest and every part together. ▶ GOOD TO KNOW • Suggestions depend on the PDF fields, not the wording on the page. Check every page yourself; the progress count describes your list. • The PDF working limit is 25 MB. Password-protected PDFs need an unlocked copy; damaged files and XFA forms are unsupported. • Exported fields are flattened, and added text is rendered as images. This is visible signing without certificate signing or identity verification. • Exports and backups are created in the app and temporary files are cleaned up. Keep copies you share or save elsewhere. • Camera access is requested when you choose Photo of my signature. PDFs and imported photos use system pickers. Advertising and usage diagnostics are present; system backup may include app data.
