ProofCam is a timestamp camera for work. Every photo carries the time, date, GPS position and address, plus a unique Photo Code that anyone can check online to confirm the photo is original. Built for construction sites, security patrols, deliveries, cleaning crews, telecom technicians and anyone who needs photo proof of where and when a job was done. TIME YOU CAN TRUST • Time is synced from the network, not just the phone clock, so changing the phone's time does not change the stamp. If network time could not be checked, the photo is flagged. • GPS coordinates, street address, altitude, compass direction and weather on the photo. • A location trust grade warns when the position looks unreliable or a fake-GPS app is running. PHOTO CODE VERIFICATION • Each photo gets a unique code printed on the stamp. • Customers and managers enter the code on the ProofCam website to see whether the file is the original or was edited. CLOCK IN WITH A PHOTO • Clock in, take breaks and clock out with a stamped photo as proof. • Optional selfie check, project geofences and reminders when you forget to clock out. • Timesheet export to Excel or CSV, including MISA AMIS and Base HRM layouts (Plus). REPORTS IN SECONDS • Export photos to PDF, Excel, ZIP or Google Earth (KMZ). • Before/after collages, checklists with signatures, daily reports for projects. • Send photos straight to Zalo with a verify link. WORKS OFFLINE • Photos, codes and timesheets are saved on the phone first and sync when you are back online. • No account needed to start: open the app and take your first photo. TEAMS (Business) • Shared projects, tasks, comments and a web portal for managers. • Patrol checkpoints with QR, NFC or Bluetooth beacons, proof of delivery with signature. FREE AND PLUS ProofCam is free to use with a small ProofCam logo on photos and ads outside the camera. ProofCam Plus removes the logo and ads, adds company logo and map on photos, unlimited templates and exports, long videos and timesheet export. Plus is a subscription (monthly or yearly, with a free trial when offered) that renews automatically until you cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Privacy: photos stay on your phone unless you choose to share or sync them. Location is read only while the camera is open (or for project reminders you turn on). Questions or ideas?
