Run the ER, find the bottleneck and keep every hospital bed moving.
It is 6:50 in the morning. The waiting room is full, an ambulance is two minutes out and three patients are waiting for beds that are waiting for a cleaner. You are the charge nurse. Keep the hospital moving. Hospital Manager: Charge Nurse is a calm, clever hospital management game about patient flow. You never play a medical mini-game. You run the whole building: give each new patient a colour, send them to a bay, sign discharges, get beds cleaned and decide which ambulance you can take. KEEP THE BEDS MOVING - Tag every arrival by urgency: green, yellow, orange or red. Each colour also has its own shape, so it is easy to read for everyone. - Send patients to treatment bays, X-ray, the lab or the CT room, then to a ward bed or home. - Sign discharges and send cleaners so the next patient can get in. - Accept an ambulance for a bonus, or send it to another hospital when your ED is too full. FIND THE REAL BOTTLENECK - Corridors turn yellow, orange and red as the queues grow. - Tap the bottleneck lens and the game tells you the cause in one short sentence. Often it is not the ER at all, but a dirty bed, a missing porter or a discharge nobody signed. - Hire the right team: nurses, doctors, porters, cleaners, receptionists and technicians. SHIFTS, HANDOVER AND THE NIGHT TEAM - Every shift runs from 07:00 to 19:00. Hand over in the last half hour so your team keeps its notes and starts the next day rested. - The night team keeps the hospital running while you are away, and a welcome-back card shows what it earned. - Watch the burnout meter: a team that works flat out all day gets tired. HANDLE THE CHAOS Flu week, a highway crash with several ambulances at once, a power cut, a scanner out of order, sick calls, a stomach bug that closes ward beds, a supply delay and an inspection day. Some are announced in the morning plan, nothing is graphic and there is no game over. Patients you cannot help in time are transferred to another hospital. GROW FROM VILLAGE CLINIC TO CITY GENERAL - Start in a small Village Clinic with one corridor and a few bays. - Open the Town Hospital with a bigger ED, a general ward, a lab and a discharge lounge. - Then City General: operating room, intensive care, surgical ward, CT and lifts. - 16 upgrades in four branches (Care, Flow, Comfort and Resilience) run on shift time, with no real-time waiting. - Earn up to nine stars per shift, three each for care, waiting times and flow, and raise your reputation to unlock the next wing. A LIVING HOSPITAL A cutaway campus with walking staff and patients, ambulances arriving at the bay and heat-map corridors. A step-by-step guide shows each action the first time, and you can replay it any time from Settings. Choose Low, Medium or High graphics to suit your phone. GOOD TO KNOW - Single-player. No account and no sign-in. Your hospital is saved on your device. - No real hospitals, medicines or brands. This is a game, not medical advice. - The game contains ads and optional in-app purchases: a Speed Pack, hospital themes and budget packs. Nothing is needed to finish the game. - Ads show our other games in a banner and between shifts. Remove Ads / Chief Resident Pass, the Chief of Medicine Edition and the Complete Hospital Collection remove them. Other purchases do not remove ads. - Reward videos are always optional. With ad removal you get the same capped rewards without a video. - Budget packs are used up and are not restored on a new device. - Ten languages: English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Hindi. If you like hospital games, management sims and puzzles about flow, put on the badge and take the charge desk. Privacy Policy: https://www.coddykit.com/pages/privacy-policy
