Run the bar, roast the beans: manage a busy harbour cafe from cart to roastery.
The morning crowd is at the window, six tickets hang on the rail, the grinder has drifted and the milk van is late again. Your uncle left you a little coffee cart on the rainy Brindle Quay. Make it the best cup in the harbour. Pour & Roast is a cafe manager about running a busy coffee bar and roasting your own beans. Every order is a ticket. You decide what gets made next, who works the espresso machine and who steams the milk, and when to batch two of the same drink. RUN THE BAR - Choose a house rule for the ticket rail: first come, deadline first or regulars first. Flag any ticket to jump the line. - Put baristas on the espresso group heads and the steam wands, hire a cashier and a runner, and train your team. - Batch same drinks to go faster, but keep an eye on the pre-orders with a pickup time. - Hold the grinder to dial it in when the shots start to taste bitter. Bitter cups mean bad reviews. - Order tomorrow's milk from a cheap, regular or premium supplier. Cheap milk is late more often. HANDLE THE CHAOS - Check the forecast: rain fills the pre-order list and calls for hot drinks, a heat wave floods the rail with iced lattes. - Prep an urn of hot coffee or extra ice before the doors open. - The grinder wears out and can jam, the milk van can be late, a frost at origin makes green coffee pricey and a string of bad reviews keeps people away. - Every problem is short, shown ahead of time and never ends your game. ROAST YOUR OWN BEANS - Open the Roastery Hall and buy green coffee on a market where prices move with the season. - Pick a light, medium or dark roast, watch the drum and tap Drop in the first-crack sweet spot for the best batch. - Let the beans rest, blend them into your house beans and watch your reviews climb toward five stars. - Sign wholesale contracts with the Harbour Bistro and the Ferry Kiosk and deliver good beans on time. GROW FROM CART TO ROASTERY - Start at the Quayside Cart, then open the Corner Cafe with seats, a pastry case and iced drinks, and finally the Roastery Hall. - Your old venues keep running as branches and earn for you. Nothing is ever reset. - 15 drinks and pastries, 20 research upgrades, more group heads, steam wands, seats, ice makers and a bigger drum roaster. - Five kinds of customers: commuters, tourists, students, regulars and influencers. Each one leaves a star review. A COSY HARBOUR CAFE A warm little diorama where baristas pull shots, tickets fill the rail and customers line up at the counter. A step-by-step guide shows each action the first time, and you can replay it any time from Settings. Choose Low, Medium or High graphics to suit your phone. GOOD TO KNOW - Single-player. No account and no sign-in. Your cafe is saved on your device. - While you are away, your cafes keep earning for a few hours and a welcome-back card shows what they made. - The game contains ads and optional in-app purchases: one-time upgrades, looks for your cafe, cups and aprons, and cash packs. Nothing is needed to finish the game. - Ads show our other games in a banner and between days. Remove Ads, the Head Roaster Edition, the Roaster's Pass and the Complete Pour & Roast remove them. Other purchases do not remove ads. - Reward videos are always optional. With ad removal you get the same capped rewards without a video. - Cash packs are used up and are not restored on a new device. - Ten languages: English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Hindi. If you like cafe games, barista games and coffee shop management, pour the first shot and fire up the roaster. Privacy Policy: https://www.coddykit.com/pages/privacy-policy
