Baby food log with linked ingredients, a 100-foods goal and reaction notes
Baby food log for linking preparations to real foods and following a 100-foods variety goal. Record meals, confirm dish ingredients and keep dated reaction notes together. ▶ LINK PREPARATIONS AND INGREDIENTS • Search foods or preparation aliases: beef mince links to Beef, and peanut butter links to Peanut. • For a dish, add its name and confirm which ingredients were in it. Food, group and allergen counts come from those ingredients, not a guess based on the dish name. • Food and allergen status updates from saved meals, including edits and deletions. Checkmarks mean Recorded as offered. ▶ COUNT DISTINCT FOODS • Follow the 100-foods goal on Today, with a rainbow of food groups and a distinct food count. • Preparation aliases use the same canonical food, so recording beef and beef mince does not count them twice. The count continues beyond the goal. • Search the catalog or add a custom food. Choose a same-food parent for a preparation, plus the groups and allergen labels you confirm. • Find recorded foods in Foods, edit custom entries and use recent and frequent food suggestions when logging a meal. ▶ MEALS AND REACTION NOTES • Keep dates, times, dish ingredients and your notes in the meal log. Today shows recent meals with More for older entries. • Add reaction notes in your own words, with an optional meal link and photos chosen from your library or taken with the camera. • Choose optional offer-again intervals in calendar days. Linked reminders pause after a new reaction note; resume them yourself when appropriate. ▶ REPORT AND BACKUP • Create a PDF containing food history, dated meals and reaction notes, with photo thumbnails when available. • Make a ZIP backup of records and photos. Restore merges saved revisions and preserves recorded deletions. • Share completed reports and backups using the Share button. ▶ GOOD TO KNOW • A named dish without confirmed ingredients adds no food or allergen status. Custom preparations accept one same-food parent; an entry still used by meals or foods cannot be deleted. • Allergen labels describe food-label categories. A recorded offer is not proof of tolerance. Check the ingredients and product label. • Reminder intervals start off and blank. Notifications need permission and may be delayed by the system; the in-app due list remains available. • Unavailable or oversized report photos are left out with a note. Photo and export features need the file integrity module. • Meals, notes and photos are saved in app storage. Usage, diagnostic and advertising services also process data. Shared copies are kept where you save them; app exports and backups may be removed during cleanup. • This app is a log, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Talk to your child's doctor about allergies and starting solids.
