Tap a card in My cards and your contact QR fills the screen, with your name underneath. People you meet go into Received with Met at, the meeting date and a private note, all searchable. Export any contact as .vcf or CSV, or save a QR wallpaper image.
Digital business card with full-screen vCard QR, .vcf export and meeting notes
Digital business card sharing with editable contact details, .vcf and CSV exports, and a searchable record of the people you meet. ▶ EDIT AND EXPORT • Create a digital business card with your name, job title, organization, phone, email, website, address and shared contact note. Keep separate cards for different introductions. • Use Edit on a card or a Received contact whenever the details change. • Export one contact as .vcf or CSV. Export all contacts brings your own cards and Received records together in the same file. • Create full backup in Settings includes contacts, photos and private meeting notes. Keep its manifest and every part together for restoration. ▶ REMEMBER WHO YOU MET • Scan contact QR, Open .vcf or Paste contact data to bring someone into Received. Review the imported contact before saving it. • When a scanned, opened or pasted contact has the same name and a matching phone or email as someone in Received, choose Update existing or Add separately. Updating keeps your meeting place, date and private note. • Add Met at, Meeting date and Private meeting note: keep the person and the conversation together. The meeting date starts as today; adjust it with Today, Yesterday or the year, month and day controls. • Received is sorted by meeting date, newest first, and each date is shown with its year. • Search people, places and notes to find a contact by name, organization, meeting place or your follow-up note. • Meeting location, date and private notes are excluded from outgoing contact QR codes and .vcf files. CSV and full backups include them, so choose what you share. ▶ SHOW A CONTACT QR • Tap a card in My cards to show its QR full screen with your name underneath. The screen stays on while the QR is open. • Show contact QR encodes the contact itself as vCard 3.0. It can be opened by compatible phone cameras and QR readers; share a .vcf file as another option. • Open QR fit to choose which contact fields go into the QR and see its size. The displayed code is regenerated from the edited record. ▶ KEEP A VISUAL COPY • Export a Card image, QR image, QR wallpaper or Contact pass image as PNG. Apply the wallpaper from your phone settings. ▶ GOOD TO KNOW • QR codes have a 2,953-byte limit. Photos are excluded. For a large contact, select fewer QR fields or use .vcf; the stored contact keeps its fields. • Photo intake supports PNG and JPEG. Camera access is optional for scanning contact QR codes. • Exported images, files and saved phone contacts are snapshots. After edits, regenerate and share them again. • Open phone contact editor hands the contact to your phone when available. This app cannot confirm whether you save it there. • Backups and exports are created in the app; copies you share or save elsewhere stay where you put them. Save a backup elsewhere before deleting the app. If backup parts or photos are missing, import the remaining files later.
