Packing list for trips: per person and bag, quantities by days, reminders
Family vacation, work trip or weekend away: start with your dates, the people going and the bags you take. You get one packing list for the whole group that shows who packs what and in which bag, with quantities that match the length of the trip. ▶ A LIST SIZED TO YOUR TRIP Enter the dates, who is travelling (adults, children, babies), your bags and what you plan to do: flight, beach, hiking, camping, business, snow, city break, road trip or a formal event. Pick the weather you expect (hot, mild, cold, rainy). Pack Planner suggests a list from your kits with quantities worked out from the number of days and nights. Every quantity shows its reason, for example "1 per day × 7 days = 7". Do laundry on the way? Tell the app how often and clothes are sized to one wash cycle plus one spare set while the other dries. Change any number; your change stays. ▶ PER PERSON, PER BAG Personal items are listed for each traveler, shared items once for the group. Every item sits in a bag: carry-on, checked bag, backpack, car and more. View the list by bag, by person or by type and see how much of each is packed. ▶ A CHECKLIST THAT STAYS STILL Ticking an item never moves the rows. Pack several units one at a time ("3 of 5"). Hide packed items only when you want to. ▶ PACK NOW, PACK LAST, TO BUY Mark what goes in on departure morning (charger, toothbrush, medicines) and what you still need to buy. Optional reminders arrive on departure day and a few days before for shopping, only if something is still left, in your phone's time zone. ▶ KITS THAT LEARN Kits are your reusable lists with visible quantity rules. After a trip, mark what you didn't use and what you forgot. Pack Planner shows the suggested changes to your kits and you choose which to apply. The finished trip's list stays as it was. ▶ YOUR LISTS ARE KEPT Everything is saved on your phone after every change. The app keeps automatic daily copies, lets you undo a deletion, and exports a backup file you can store anywhere and open on another phone. Damaged data is copied aside instead of being wiped. ▶ SHARE A LIST Send the list of one bag or one person as text to a partner or a friend. GOOD TO KNOW • You choose the expected weather yourself; the app does not look it up online. • No account and no online sync. A shared list is a text copy. • Suggested lists are a starting point. Check them against your own needs, travel documents and airline rules. • Reminders need notification permission and use your phone's time zone.
