Plan garment batches, freeze job sheets and build reorders from recorded runs.

Embroidery Planner: Batch Log helps you plan garment batches, keep a clear embroidery job sheet and prepare reorders from recorded production results. Core work screens and report headings are in English; some introductory screens are translated.
When a run includes several garment colors, sizes and embroidery placements, a single total can hide the details. This app organizes planned quantities by those combinations, then keeps the working draft separate from the numbered traveler you freeze for the shop floor.
PLAN THE GARMENT BATCH
Give the run a batch reference and a design-revision label. Enter your colors, sizes and placements, add operator notes, then adjust whole-number quantities in the matrix. Review the total and the individual cells before freezing a traveler. Your design revision is a label you enter, not information read from a design file.
KEEP A NUMBERED JOB SHEET
A frozen traveler records the draft at that point. Continue editing the draft and create another numbered traveler when the plan changes. Earlier traveler snapshots remain separate, so the reference for a completed run does not silently become the next working plan. Create a traveler PDF to print or share through your device.
REVIEW PLANNED AND FINISHED QUANTITIES
The closeout view separates good, rejected and unstarted garments. Their counts must add up to the planned quantity for each cell before a run can close. Re-hoop events have their own count and do not add garments to the total. Review any displayed exceptions alongside the quantities instead of treating every planned piece as delivered.
RECORD THE RUN CLOSEOUT
Enter an operator and a closeout reason, actual machine minutes, active labor minutes, extra blanks and extra thread. These are manual records, not readings from embroidery equipment. Save a numbered closeout linked to its traveler. If the recorded run needs a correction, the correction route creates a later closeout with a reason while retaining the earlier record.
START A REORDER FROM A CLEAR SOURCE
A completed-run card brings the plan and recorded outcomes together. Choose whether the next editable draft should copy the prior planned quantities or the good delivered quantities. The new draft keeps its source and copy choice. This makes the basis for a repeat run visible when the last order finished with different quantities from the original plan.
TAKE USEFUL RECORDS WITH YOU
Create traveler and completed-run PDFs for your own production records. Export a cell-level matrix CSV for further work outside the app, or save a complete JSON backup containing batches, travelers, closeouts and reorder cards. The backup import checks its format and checksum, shows record counts and asks you to confirm before replacing local records. PDFs and CSV files are outputs; use the complete backup for an app restore.
KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR FILES
Production records are saved locally on the device. A JSON backup is a readable, unencrypted file, so choose its storage and recipients carefully. Printing, sharing and exporting sends the selected copy to the destination you choose; purchase services operate separately from your production notes. There is no team workspace or automatic cloud synchronization.
FOR EMBROIDERY PRODUCTION RECORDS
Use this app for garment batch planning, numbered job sheets and repeat-run records. It does not read or create embroidery designs, connect to a machine, manage stock, quote prices or issue invoices. The quantities and closeout details depend on what you enter and check against the actual run.
