Turn conflict notes into your own talk plan: facts, impact, your part, request.
Difficult Conversation Planner turns your conflict notes into a talk plan in your own words: facts, impact, your part and one request, arranged in the order you choose. Interface labels support multiple languages; the text you write stays as entered.
This is a private writing tool for adults. It does not give advice, mediation, or urgent help. You decide what to write and whether to use it; the app does not interpret the situation or promise a particular response.
WRITE FOUR CLEAR SECTIONS
Facts: describe what happened in your own words. This space is for the observations you want to bring into the conversation.
Impact: write how the situation affected you. Keep this separate from the facts so you can see both parts of what you want to say.
My part: note your own contribution or responsibility. The app gives you a place to write it without making a judgment about either person.
One request: state the single request you want to bring to the conversation. You write the request yourself; there is no suggested script or generated answer.
All four sections need text before you complete the card. Short writing spaces help keep the plan focused: up to 600 characters for facts and 420 for each of the other sections. You can work on the draft before completing it.
CHOOSE YOUR SPEAKING ORDER
Arrange the four sections in the sequence that suits your conversation. Move a section up or down, or select it and move it to another position. The completed card follows your chosen order and keeps your wording. Reordering changes the presentation, not the meaning of what you wrote.
KEEP YOUR PLAN CLOSE AT HAND
Return to a saved card to read your notes before a difficult personal conversation. Reopen a card when you want to edit the wording or change the order. Drafts and completed cards are stored locally on this device. Your edits update the card; the app does not keep a separate version history of earlier wording.
ADD AN OPTIONAL CHECKPOINT
Choose an in-app checkpoint date for a plan you want to revisit. The checkpoint can stay pending, be marked complete, or be changed or removed. You see its date and status when you return to the app. It is an in-app record, not a push reminder or a calendar event.
YOUR WORDS STAY YOUR WORDS
The interface supports multiple languages. Text you write is displayed as entered and is not automatically translated, rewritten, scored or analyzed. There is no AI-generated reply and no conversation recorder. A talk plan is your preparation, not a message sent to someone else.
PERSONAL NOTES ON ONE DEVICE
The app has no partner account, shared conversation space or cloud sync. It does not contact the other person. There is no export or backup feature, so do not rely on it as your only copy of information you need to keep elsewhere. Local note storage is not an encrypted vault; purchase processing uses separate store and service-provider systems.
You can delete an individual plan or clear the local plan records from settings, with confirmation. Deleting a card is different from canceling a store purchase.
Use the app when you want a simple structure for preparing what you would like to say: four pieces of your own writing, a speaking order you control and an optional date to revisit the plan. It is not a course, counseling service, conflict-resolution assessment or substitute for urgent assistance.
