Compare setlist orders, plan instrument changes and export a frozen stage card.

Setlist Maker: Stage Planner helps musicians compare two song orders, plan instrument changes and keep a settled stage card. Build a setlist from your own songs, see the transitions each order creates and export the chosen card as PDF or SVG.
The interface supports multiple languages. Song titles, notes and setup details are entered by you; the app does not translate your repertoire or supply a song catalog.
BUILD THE SET YOU ACTUALLY PLAY
Add song titles and the facts useful to your performance: duration, key, tempo and energy, plus instrument, tuning and capo details. Use the information you know. A missing fact stays uncertain rather than becoming a made-up musical answer. Repeated appearances of a song remain separate occurrences in the order, while reusable song facts help you avoid entering the same details unnecessarily.
COMPARE TWO REAL ORDERS
Arrange version A and version B, then compare the consequences of those choices. Move songs with drag controls or accessible move actions. Look at duration, tempo and energy information from your entries and inspect what changes between neighbouring songs. The comparison describes the orders you authored; it does not generate a supposedly perfect setlist or predict what an audience will enjoy.
PLAN THE PHYSICAL TRANSITIONS
See where your entered setup calls for an instrument change, retuning or a capo adjustment. These are practical transitions to consider while deciding an order. Read any uncertainty alongside the instruction: incomplete setup facts cannot prove that a transition is ready. The app does not connect to an instrument, change its tuning or operate stage hardware for you.
KEEP MUSICAL JUDGMENT YOURS
Tempo and energy views help make your own entered sequence easier to compare. A numerical difference is not a verdict on musical quality. You choose which version suits the rehearsal, venue and performance. The app gives you a structured place to examine the trade-offs without treating duration or tempo alone as a rule for a good show.
SAVE A SETTLED STAGE CARD
When you choose an order, save a frozen card for that revision. The live card presents the current and next song with the relevant setup information. It is a stable reference to what you settled, separate from further planning edits. If you change the plan, deliberately save the version you want to use instead of assuming an old card has silently become the new order.
EXPORT THE SAME SAVED FACTS
Create a PDF or SVG image of the saved stage card for printing or sharing through your device. The export reflects the frozen card's facts, so check that you selected the intended revision before sending it to someone else. SVG is the image format; this is not a promise of a PNG export or a synchronized shared band workspace.
KEEP YOUR PLANNING DATA
Use JSON backup and restore to keep a copy of your planning records under your own control. Your setlists and setup data are stored locally. Core planning does not require a cloud band account. Sharing an export or moving a backup is your choice, and app-service data handling is described separately in the privacy policy.
FROM REHEARSAL TO THE STAGE
Try an alternate opening, move a demanding instrument change or compare the effect of a repeated song. Then revisit the two authored orders and choose the practical sequence for your performance. Use the saved current-and-next card as a reference during the set. Planning, comparing and saving remain deliberate actions, so the card represents the decision you made.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE APP
Bring your own song names, timing estimates and setup knowledge. The app includes no lyrics, chord sheets, audio playback, song catalog, hardware control or automatic setlist generation. It is for organizing performance information you enter and producing a clear stage reference, not for supplying licensed music or controlling a show.
