Turn confirmed client itineraries into separate departure and advisor PDFs.
Travel Agent Departure Brief helps a travel agent turn an already confirmed client itinerary into a clear departure brief. Review the recorded details, resolve private exceptions and create separate client and advisor PDFs. The interface is multilingual; trip details remain in the language entered.
BUILD THE FINAL TRIP RECORD
Enter the confirmed air, stay, transfer, rail, activity or other segments that belong in the handoff. Record a client-safe title, sequence, local start and end times, an optional confirmation reference and the contact you selected. The app works with information you have already confirmed. It does not make bookings, discover attractions or obtain live airline changes.
KEEP LOCAL TIMES AS SUPPLIED
Use the local times in your confirmed itinerary and review the sequence yourself. Chronology checks can identify an entered end before its start or ambiguous ordering. They cannot verify an airline schedule, travel time, minimum connection or time-zone conversion against a live source. Resolve those factual questions before treating the handoff as ready.
REVIEW THE DETAILS NEEDING ATTENTION
The readiness check covers required confirmations, segment chronology, explicit transfer links, contact coverage and private exceptions. Each result points to the relevant record. A required reference that is missing stays visible. A transfer must explicitly connect distinct preceding and following segments in chronological order, rather than relying on a similar name or nearby position in the list.
SEPARATE CLIENT AND ADVISOR INFORMATION
Mark contacts as client-safe or advisor-only. A private contact cannot satisfy the requirement for a contact on a client-facing segment. Keep an advisor exception for a confirmation, chronology, transfer or contact issue, or record a private note. Resolve it with the relevant explanation when the factual record is ready.
Unresolved private exceptions prevent client finalization. You can still produce a clearly marked advisor working copy while completing the record. This keeps useful preparation available without presenting unfinished work as a final client document.
COMPARE BOTH OUTPUTS
Review client-safe information beside the advisor-only exception preview. The Client Departure Brief includes the selected client-safe segments, references, local times and contacts. The Advisor Exception Brief contains the audit results, private notes and contacts, resolutions and revision trail. Check which document you are opening or sharing; their purposes and audiences are different.
FREEZE A REVISION WHEN READY
Finalization saves a revision with its recorded facts and document identities. A later correction creates a new revision with a reason rather than silently changing the earlier handoff. Use revision history when you need to understand which facts supported a particular set of documents or regenerate a PDF from that revision.
PREVIEW AND SHARE DELIBERATELY
Open the two PDFs separately and choose the one to share. An exported document leaves the app through the channel you select. Review its contents and recipients before sending it. Cancelling a share leaves the trip and previews available so you can return to the record without rebuilding the itinerary.
BACK UP LOCAL RECORDS
Backups are plain-text JSON files, not encrypted. Store them in a location appropriate for their contents. Restore validation checks the supported file structure and checksum; a checksum detects certain file problems but does not make the contents secret. Unsupported or damaged files are rejected.
Trip records stay on the device unless you choose to share a document or backup. No client portal, account or team invitation is required for the local workflow. Purchase processing and app updates are separate service interactions. Designed for independent travel advisors and concierges preparing a final departure handoff, with confirmation and professional judgment remaining the advisor's responsibility.
