Finish the event tent inspection on site, before the truck pulls off the field.
ONE BUILD, THREE SHEETS
One record prints the installation record, the fire certificate pack and the signed handover. The preview on the glass is drawn by the same code that writes the PDF.
THE ANCHOR PLAN, NUMBERED
Tell the record how many points the frame has. It draws them numbered around the plan and holds one photo per point, so nobody argues later which corner a picture came from. Stakes, concrete blocks, water barrels or a mix of all three. Count, length, head type and total ballast weight all print.
THE WIND FIGURE IS YOURS
No wind table ships inside this app and no forecast is fetched. You type the evacuation threshold from the frame manufacturer's guidance, the crew logs what the anemometer read, and the sheet prints whether it was under that figure.
THE CERTIFICATE THAT STOPS A BUILD
Put the fire certificate expiry on file once and the app taps you on the shoulder at sixty days, thirty, seven, and the morning it lapses — the only notification it ever sends.
THE TIME IS IN THE PIXELS
Each photo is stamped with its capture time inside the picture, then hashed. Messaging apps strip metadata; a stamp in the pixels survives the re-encode. GPS is recorded alongside.
WHEN THE OFFICER ARRIVES
Inspector mode is one tap from the booking: certificate, label photo and expiry in large high-contrast type while somebody waits. No account and no signal needed.
TWO SIGNATURES, THEN IT LOCKS
The customer and the crew lead sign on the glass against a ticked safety checklist, the last check before you leave: told the wind speed at which the tent must be evacuated, knows who to call if the weather turns, will not move or slacken a stake, rope, block or barrel, no naked flame inside unless agreed in writing, knows the exits and will keep them clear. Once signed, the record is read-only.
THE STORE, SORTED BY WHAT EXPIRES
Every tent is listed by its code with expired and nearly-expired certificates pushed to the top, so the one that will stop next week's build is what you see first. Frame, pole, clearspan or stretch, with size, colour, label photo and build history.
A FOLDER, NOT AN ACCOUNT
No server, no sign-up, no ads on a screen you hand to a stranger. Everything lives in this phone's private storage, and a daily archive restores onto a new phone. Point the app at a folder your crew already shares and each phone appends only its own log, so two crews offline in two fields both write and no signature is overwritten.
WHAT LEAVES THE PHONE
• Installation record PDF — site, structure, anchoring, ballast, wind, permit, certificate, photos
• Fire certificate pack PDF — number, issuer, standard referenced, dates, label photo
• Signed handover PDF, and a dismantle record for damage and missing parts
• Every certificate in one PDF; every photo as a file; CSV of structures, bookings and records
WHO IT IS FOR
Party and event tent rental companies, wedding and marquee crews, festival and corporate installers, and the warehouse that knows which top is still in date. Where a fire marshal wants a tent permit, the permit number and the issuing authority are fields on the record itself, not on a separate paper form that goes missing.
WORDS, UNITS AND LIGHT
Pick United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland, or Australia: the word for the structure, the spelling and the units all change together — feet or metres, pounds or kilograms, mph, km/h or knots. High-contrast outdoor mode for signing in bright sun, two-pane layout on a tablet.
PURCHASE
Weekly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase for the company. Price and billing period are shown before anything is charged.
