Catalog cards, coins and collectibles. Log values, photos, loans and wishlists.
Collection Catalog & Inventory helps you catalog cards, coins, comics and other collectibles with photos, locations and values you enter yourself. Keep an inventory, track loans and wishlists, and review the arithmetic behind your collection's recorded cost and value.
The interface is in English. Names, categories, notes and custom fields are yours.
BUILD A CATALOG THAT FITS THE COLLECTION
Enter an item name and category, then add condition, quantity, purchase cost, current value and a photo. Record where you keep the item so the inventory helps with finding it as well as remembering it. Use tags, custom categories and custom fields for details that matter to your collection rather than forcing every hobby into one fixed catalog.
VALUES COME FROM YOU
You enter both what you paid and the value you want to record. The app adds those figures and calculates cost, value, gain or loss and return from your inputs. It does not scan an item, identify a card, look up a market price or appraise a collectible. A total can only be as current and accurate as the values you maintain.
KEEP A HISTORY OF YOUR OWN REVALUATIONS
When you update an item's recorded value, its history helps you see how your entries changed over time. Review item trends and descriptive collection analytics, including category breakdowns and cost-versus-value views. These are summaries of your record keeping, not a market feed, investment forecast or evidence that an item could sell at the amount shown.
KNOW WHAT IS OWNED, WANTED OR ON LOAN
Maintain a wishlist separately from the pieces already in your inventory. Record a loan and the information you need to remember it, then use local reminders where appropriate. Notification delivery depends on your permissions and device settings. A reminder is a prompt based on your record, not confirmation that another person has received or returned an item.
FOLLOW SETS AND SALES
Use set-completion records to keep track of the pieces you have entered and the gaps you still want to fill. Mark sold items and review the resulting sale arithmetic from your own amounts. These workflows keep collection activity connected to the catalog without claiming to run a marketplace, authenticate a sale or synchronize with an auction service.
SEARCH A GROWING INVENTORY
Find entries by the names and details you saved, then filter or sort the catalog. Keeping condition, quantity, location and notes together helps when you revisit an item months later.
IMPORT, EXPORT AND KEEP A COPY
Use CSV import and export to move supported inventory data between the app and a spreadsheet. Create a collection coverage report from the records you entered, or use backup and restore to keep your own copy. Review the data and photos before sharing. A report is your personal inventory; it does not guarantee insurance acceptance, establish ownership or replace documents an insurer may require.
CURRENCY AND COMPARISON LIMITS
Keep the currency context of your entered amounts consistent when reviewing totals. The app does not fetch exchange rates or convert a mixed-currency collection into a verified common value. Gain, loss and return calculations are arithmetic from your stored figures, not financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or insure an item at a particular price.
LOCAL RECORD KEEPING
Your collection records are stored on your device and core catalog work can be done offline. You choose when to import, export or share a file. Other app services have their own connection and data requirements, described in the privacy policy. Local records are distinct from a promise that every app service operates without data processing.
Use the app as a manual collection catalog: add an item, keep its details current, find it when you need it and retain the history you chose to record. Automatic identification, price scraping, grading and market appraisal are outside its purpose. Your knowledge of the collection remains the source of the catalog's facts.
