Real estate license exam prep for national topics and 10 US states. In English.
Real Estate Practice Test Prep supports US real estate license exam study with original questions, explanations and spaced review. Practise national concepts, real estate math and a supported state-law bank. The interface and study material are in English. This independent study aid is not an official exam or a license application.
NATIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND STATE LAW
Review property ownership, agency, contracts, financing, calculations, fair housing and professional responsibilities. The complete collection contains 800+ original questions across national material and ten state banks. Selecting a state uses the shared national subjects plus that state's law material; it does not put all ten state banks into one exam.
State content covers California, Texas, Florida, New York, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, Ohio, Illinois and Pennsylvania. Choose the national-only track for general concepts without a state-law bank. No separate law coverage is promised for other states or another country's licensing exam.
Entry-level license names vary. Many jurisdictions use salesperson or sales agent; North Carolina uses Provisional Broker and Illinois uses Broker. This does not mean every salesperson and advanced broker exam has the same content. Confirm your own license category and current requirements with the relevant commission.
PRACTICE, UNDERSTAND AND REVIEW
Answer questions, read explanations and follow source references. Review real-estate math and legal concepts, then revisit difficult topics with spaced review. Progress indicators organize study; they do not establish competence or an official result.
USE A GENERIC TIMED MOCK
The app's practice mock contains 100 questions and a 180-minute timer. A selected state track draws 80 national questions and 20 questions from that state. National-only practice draws all 100 from national material. The app's 70% practice target is not a universal official passing score.
This generic mock does not reproduce a state's exam format. Official counts, timing, scoring and providers vary. Consult your current candidate handbook. Practice is not a passing guarantee or a substitute for required education.
STUDY OFFLINE
The bundled question bank and review tools work offline. External sources and purchase services require internet access. No account is required for local study. This app does not provide legal advice, grant a license or establish REALTOR membership. REALTOR is a National Association of REALTORS membership trademark, separate from state licensing.
