Tip Tracker: Server Income is a tip tracker for servers and bartenders who want a clear record of each shift. Enter your tips, hours, base wage and tip-outs, then review the income you recorded and your effective hourly pay. The app interface is in English.
KEEP ONE RECORD FOR EACH SHIFT
Record cash tips and card tips separately so you can see how a shift's total was formed. Add the amount shared with coworkers as a tip-out, enter your working hours and include your base wage when it applies. These are your own entries: the app does not connect to a restaurant's point-of-sale system, employer payroll or bank account.
See the result for that shift without reconstructing it from a calendar note. The hourly figure uses the pay, tips, tip-outs and hours you entered. A missing or incorrect entry changes the result, so you can return to a record and correct the facts rather than treating the displayed amount as an employer-issued statement.
SEPARATE YOUR JOBS
Keep records for different jobs and look at the income attached to each one. This is useful when you work at more than one restaurant, split your week between serving and bartending, or want to distinguish shifts with different base wages. Your own job names keep those records recognizable. Check that the wage entered for a new shift matches the work you did.
REVIEW DAYS, WEEKS AND MONTHS
Use the calendar and shift history to find a particular day. Weekly and monthly totals bring recorded earnings together, while hourly summaries help account for different amounts of time worked. Day-of-week comparisons show patterns in your own past entries. They do not predict what another shift will pay or promise that choosing a particular day will increase your income.
HANDLE THE DETAILS THAT CHANGE A TOTAL
Cash, card tips and shared tips play different roles in the calculation. Recording each amount makes it easier to check why two shifts with similar sales produced different take-home totals. If you enter sales, you can also review the tip percentage calculated from those figures. Sales are optional context, not an automatic connection to a register.
For late service, the after-midnight day setting helps keep a shift associated with the working day you intend. Review that choice when your schedule crosses midnight so the calendar reflects how you organize your work. Hours and amounts remain manually entered; the app is not a time clock that verifies attendance.
TAKE YOUR RECORDS WITH YOU
Export a CSV when you want the recorded values and calculations in a spreadsheet. The CSV is an export for your own review; it is not a tax return, a payroll filing or a backup that the app can import. Check the dates and values you share before sending a file to someone else.
A separate JSON backup preserves supported app records and settings. Keep a copy in a location you control. Restoring a valid backup replaces the current local records, so check the file and keep a recent copy before restoring. Backup files are plain text and should be stored with care if they contain information you consider private.
YOUR OWN INCOME HISTORY
Core records are stored locally without creating an account. Exporting or sharing a file sends that chosen copy through the destination you select. Purchase processing and app updates are separate from the personal shift log; local record storage is not a promise that every service interaction stays on the device.
Use the app to organize recorded income and compare your own work history. Its figures depend on the details you supply and are not tax, legal or financial advice. Confirm wages, withholding, reporting duties and payroll differences with the relevant employer or qualified professional. A useful shift log gives you a clearer set of facts to review; it does not guarantee future earnings.
